Now, this book is certainly getting a lot of love, and deservedly so! Green follows the number one rule of YA, everything starts the day Vickie's life changes. The prophecy, the mystery, you pretty much fall down the rabbit hole with this one. However I just wish that parts weren't so rushed! There is so much material in here, you could easily get a series of books from just this one! The character development could use some work, the pacing is awkward, but it is redeemed by a thrilling mystery that is just the right kind of twisted.
